U can't really tag sand as it will disperse once moved there for the seal losing it's shape and losing it's power it's not like tobirama can seal each grain of sand.....

But yeah sasori is weak link in his team (not saying he's weak) but he can't really use poison as it would poison his teammate also naruto could avoid it due to enhanced speed (like run away from it) but it don't matter cuz he can't really use it similar to mei at Kage summit not wanting to use acid mist until the lava closed of the hole in wall for fear of injuring fellow Kage
He shouldnt be effective since he control magnetic forces. Let me remind you what magnetic forces do, since some people are still ignorant to this.
"A magnetic field is the magnetic influence of electric currents and magnetic materials.
The magnetic field at any given point is specified by both a direction and a magnitude (or strength);"
So in a way, when Tobirama's armor is in the magnetic field, Sasori simply makes his armor the opposite attraction to Iron Sand, since the Kazekage can manipulate both - and + forces.
But back on topic sasuke with his hawk Amatratsu lighting and katon and naruto with rasengan variations sm enhancement and boss summonings (not restricted) beats tobirama and sasori
They can counter all this. Which is why it can go either way in my book
