Sasuke's can already blitz Jirobo and take at out another of with genjutsu right off the bat. Meanwhile, the only defense the sound 4 has from Naruto's Rasen Tairengan would be the Rashoman Gate, but I see that being bypassed fairly quickly. So it's more mid diff without summons, but they still win in base regardless.
