Sm jiraiya>sm naruto
the toads will obey jiraiya not naruto,and naruto needs to do his clone trick to reenter sm,while with ma and pa,jiraiya has continous sm,his rasengan is probably stronger than naruto's sm rasengan as he has more experience with it,his abilities are either equal or stronger than sm naruto as his base form is much stronger than base naruto,but he has imperfect sm while naruto has perfect sm.he has more versatility than sm naruto.

Oro>ms sasuke

his kawarimi renders ama useless and he was able to spam it while his body was failing him and without arms,he also has ten thousand snake formation,ms sasuke feels great pain when using ms jutsus,and his hydra mode will overcome sasuke's susanoo,he was able to do it without a body and basically no chakra. Also iirc suigetsu and sasuke somewhat agreed that if oro could use his arms,he would beat ems sasuke right?.his kusanagi is also quite strong as well.
