the reason why is because itachi is probaply one of the best genjutsu users if not the best of the series,but sasuke already broke his strongest genjutsu technique with just his 3tomoe sharingan. this leaves itachi with only amaterasu,susano and ninjutsu,sasuke already has better control over amaterasu and a higher stamina. which shall eventually outlast itachi and make him win. so ms sasuke>itachi ems sasuke>>>itachi itachi>hebi sasuke though

No way. We don't even know for sure if Sasuke actually broke out of Tsukuyomi or Itachi let him. Even without Tsukuyomi, Itachi can best Sasuke. He is more than a match for EMS Sasuke too, although it could go either way.

no sasuke is not, and that fight nor anything in that fight cannot be used against itachi when debating simply because it was never his intention to kill sasuke and it was his intention to fake like he was trying to kill sasuke, one can say itachi allowed sasuke to do all that in that fight because he wasnt trying to win...

You can use KA once in a decade, Itachi can use it until his eyes goes blind so lets do the math. KA 10x power. Tsukiyome 2x power. With this quantity> quality. In actual combat KA isn't usefull like Tsukiyomi. Shisui has strongest genjutsu technique but as a user he's not good at genjutsu like Itachi. There is a difference that fapboys such as you cannot understand.

Pretty much this. Itachi was hands down the best MS user in the manga.
