Samehada didn't sucked any chakra from KCM Naruto when he attacked Kisame,He wasn't even using his full speed back then. Same goes for V2 Ay as well even he managed to suck his chakra, Ay is more than capable of doing this.

Bee can go full 8 tails without worry as long as Ay keeps Sasuke busy, tailed beast Bomb and twister jutsu will destroy Kisame.

Ay in V2 can take on MS Sasuke, he will remember not to be too careless this time, and once Kisame is down, Bee can assist Ay, Susanoo isn't tanking continuous tailed beast bombs.

As long as Ay makes sure he doesn't allow Sasuke to use Amaterasu in Bee's direction. Ay might have to sacrifice himself though.
