Naruto needed the destructive power of Kyuubi to survive being captured by the final Pain! Also Nagato and Konan would have probably beaten him considering how he had to lean on Kakashi's back at the end!!!

Sasuke whereas half blind took out Danzo with KA and 6/7 Izanagi's, had an even battle with Kakashi although, Sasuke had the edge even though he was losing his eyesight and nearly killed Sakura twice (Damn you Naruto)...
