The only way the duo stands a chance is if you restrict legged v3 Susano'o, v4 and Perfect Susano'o.


Madara is far superior in CqC, has a larger array of Ninjutsu and is outright greater than Sasuke as far as chakra abundancy and Susano'o usage goes. Orochimaru poses little threat here, he doesn't have the firepower, nor speed, to even stay relevant or provide sufficient support here. Considering the fact that Madara is leagues ahead of Sasuke in CqC, Sasuke will be forced to sustain Susano'o. It will end up being a battle of attrition, which Sasuke clearly loses.

Not like it matters. Unless one of them is Hashirama, Madara would still win with moderate difficulty.
