You're assuming her MS ability would be something that could be spammed or that she would unnecessarily spam it + her MS only needs to have an ability that could help defeat an Otsutsuki since she's not the MC.

Without Kamui, the seals are useless because they can't touch her to use the seals. Kamui was a major requirement in the manga which enable the seals to be used. Otherwise Sasuke would be stuck in the desert and Kaguya could easily have killed him after she killed Naruto.

To be fair, Sasuke’s Rinnegan was the only thing needed truthfully but his was “new” at the time so he didn’t know how to utilize it. But Sasuke’s Rinnegan has everything needed for them both to touch her.

I think it'd be cool if she got MS..

I'm curious as to how they'll keep her from going blind after gaining it because it's a doujutsu that's destined to lead the user to blindness without the proper means..

Pure blood Uchiha had issues with the eye so I'm kinda on the fence as to what her special ability could be..
I've heard from alot of fans that won't be happy if she get better techniques then the likes of pure bloods like Itachi Obito Shisui Madara & Sasuke with her Haruno bloodline but I also see Uchiha fans come to the defense of Sakura because of Sarada & Sassuke so their hopes are high..

It'd be silly for the creators if they didn't give her MS cause it's been a big part of the series..
If your going to milk the cow, then it's best to get all the milk you can an given her the eye would milk the cow dry..
