It also shows Mitsuki in sage mode which we already know he has

but also Boruto with a yang chakra mode perhaps after losing karma

but now we know Sarada not only has recently discovered 3t but also MS!!

I have no doubt Sarada will get MS, but that cover seems non-canon at this point since Boruto has his own Doujutsu & the Karma seal.

Sarada has MS and Boruto's yang mode (yellow chakra) allows him to use 8th gate (red skin) at will without dying.
