I have a couple questions XD. first of all, can you switch back and forth from ms to 3 tomoe sharingan?
The reason i ask this is because probably many of you think this, he got the ms at 14, how come he discovers it after naruto part 1?!

Well someone gave me an answer involving Kakashi blacking out and forgtting. So logically couldn't all uchiha, and Kakashi, be able to go back and forth from MS to 3 tomoe or 2 tomoe or heck even 1 tomoe?

i think it had something to do with him not being an uchia and his body couldn't take it en fell on the ground it took him years to master it tobi could do it because he's an uchia i guess

There would be no point if you have 3 tomoe, to go to 2 tomoe or 1 tomoe. And yes you can go from 3 tomoe to MS and back again. It's like haing kyuubi's cloak come out and then reverting back to no cloak. Once you have it you can control it. Kakashi can do the same but the toll it takes on his body is enormous.

Once it reaches the 3 tomoe its stays like that since it is fully mature. Wouldn't really make sense to go back to one tomoe.
Yes one can go to MS and back to 3 tomoe, has been seen to be done by itachi and sasuke. Seeing how kakashi blacked out when the Ms activated he may have forgotten or unaware that he had the ms. If he did know he had it it may not have used it due to him not being an uchiha he had his chakra drained drastically compared to now that he has trained it a bit.

It's probably possible...but once u get ms u probably don't want to switch to 3,2 or 1 tomoe cuz well..ms is definitely more powerful

yeah,they can switch from MS to three tomoe,it was shown a lot of times before.as to back to 2 and 1 tomoe probably not,because MS is a power kind of separated and stronger than normal sharingan so you can separate the two and choose which to activate.but as too going back to 2tomoe you cant do that because it`s like degenerating in your own strength,like going back in evolution,if you know what i mean....the three tomoe is the last stage of evolution of the normal sharingan so you cant just decide to grow weaker and to degenerate the strength of your sharingan by going back in power

you cant go back to 2 tomoe because three is the complete sharingan. You are alwayed to switch back and forth from sharingan to mangekyo though
