Assuming Sharingan can perceive Mu, he doesn't stand a chance. Assuming it can't, Mu has a shot here. Invisibility combined with the Fission Technique means that Mu has a clone running around that Obito can't perceive. If Obito ever tries to go for a warp against Mu, the invisible clone takes him out with it's sword. Obito's Mokuton is useless at it's scale, and his Katon isn't going to land when he can't perceive Mu.

Muu wins this mid diff
--obito is not defending himself from attacks that he cant even see so obitos intangibility gets shat on hard, as muu uses fission to split himself or can use rock clones to act as diversions and behead him,
--obito is not landing a hit on muu either, the only thing worth mentioning for him here is kamui, however muu having the diversions means that he can rape him the instant he has solidified to attack, and if obito is lucky enough to attack one of the muus then the muus can just rape him from both dimensions
--izanagi only prolongs obitos death and with intel its not doing shit apart from obito losing his eye

Muu wins since Muu hides his chakra completely when he turns invisible which means Obito wont be able to see his chakra.
If he manages to split without Obito noticing and the clonegoes goes invisible, he will be able to surprise Obito when something suddenly stabs him.

Again with the old argument that 'Sharingan can't see Mu's invincibility'. Its a real bother to explain, and I don't get why people refuse.. Sharingan can see chakra. No matter how good Mu hides it, he cannot erase it considering it will lead death. Every living being posses chakra within them, Mu's technique supresses his chakra to the point it cannot be sensed.
Sharingan has the ability to see chakra which means if Mu falls in line of Obito's line of vision, he will be seen. But then again Obito needs to look in the position Mu is at to see him, he cannot sense him with his other senses than his eyes. Which seems to put him at danger but it actually doesn't. Mu's chakra hiding technique is more like a defensive technique, when he uses it he cannot perform other ninjutsu. If he tries it cancels his invincibility considering he needs to draw more chakra.
