You don't have to be fast to counter Kamui, just clever. As we saw with Konan, look how she countered it even though she prepared for it. Itachi can use bunshin and counter Kamui, just like Pein would've beaten Obito by countering Kamui. Well, maybe I shouldn't mention Pein since they are also quite fast.
You have to be fast for a last second counter. Obito won't be fooled by a bunshin, he has a sharingan and can see their movements. It was different in Naruto's case; Obito didn't know that Kakashi kamui'd the clone.

Not exactly. What happens if Obito uses the offensive feature of Kamui against Itachi. He will not be able to take parts off Itachi so easily, he could always get tricked if they're bunshin or it's a genjutsu.
Like I said, he can always use genjutsu which he is good at and that doesn't consume much chakra.
If he uses kamui on a clones leg or arm it will dispel and he is able to become intangible instantly. It won't be easily but, he can potentially one shot him. I highly doubt Obito will be tricked by a genjutsu.

As far as i'm aware, only high-level dojutsu like EMS and Rinnegan can see through the clones like we saw in Madara's case. Itachi is the master of Genjutsu, dude. What he'll have to do is, consider the fact how less his chakra is than Obito and allow Obito to attack while he'll just defend and avoid until Obito's chakra get's low. Itachi is smart and etc etc. But Obito is arguably as smart (knowing damn near everything ever shown in front of him).
Kamui is the most stupid MS tech of all time one could say. It is deadly with his ability to spam it... Itachi's arsenal is damn near all ineffective! He though Amateratsu would be enough to end obito. So its safe to say he would try to use it; and when he does it would 100% fail. And give obito an opening to possibly end it (since AMa' leaves them in pain, even for a moment unless your an edo or have EMS).
Obito also has Mokuton and HUGE huge Fire Jutsus that destroys all of itachis ninjutsus! Obito is faster, and it takes S/T ninjutsu or continuous explosions (konan) to actually do real major damage. If itachi use any MS techs that is where the match is obitos! Itachi cannot spam, and if he tries, after every use he will suffer and get blurred vision. Obito does not tire on the other hand and can go way longer then itachi.

No. We know Obito needed Itachi to further his plans with Sasuke. And until the day he would eventually kill himself at the hands of Sasuke like planned he could use him as a soldier for Akatsuki- especially considering he needed to capture eight tailed beasts before the nine tails hence no conflicts until then.
On the other hand, Itachi always knew Obito was real a threat to everything he sacrificed his life for, Sasuke Uchiha and Konoha. All the chakra rods were gone at that time; they were connected to the bijuu. Obito has barely any use over the rinnegan anyways.

Once again you are underestimating the sharingan and Obito's intelligence. Clones also just don't appear were ever you want them to. The clone will appear next to Itachi unless he set it up before hand. Still with the sharingan he can read Itachi's movements and his clones and counter. Never said he could regenerate instantly but, it's sped up greatly. He has direct access to Hashirama's DNA and Madara even praised Hashirama's self-healing abilities.

Now this is actually my last post. The only reason I replied to the this one is because of that manga scan. MS Obito beats Itachi; he can just defend the whole time with kamui. Abusing that will lead to Itachi collapsing because of his use of MS. Also when Minato fought Obito that time he was barely use to fighting. Ever since then he has improved his kamui to it's limits. It's almost instant now and Itachi won't be able to get passed that with clones especially when the clones die in 1 or 2 hits.
Also he can see through Itachi's genjutsu. If Sasuke who only had 3T during his fight with Itachi was seeing through his genjutsu why couldn't a MS user?

Obito has access to Hashirama's DNA which improves his stamina beyond the normal limit, probably even makes it better than Narutos'. He will most likely be able to stand up and continue fighting after being hit by tsukuyomi.
Uhm Obito barely has any use with the rinnegan; he can't use Shrina Tensei. He can't be hit by amaterasu/tsukuyomi/Susano'o if he's intangible and if it comes down to it he can just use Izanagi.
