yes he does. this is a neutral universe where fighters have all abilities at their disposal. naruto as a jin doesnt exist unless specified that this is an actual fight where somehow minato was time travelled to this time period

Giving Adult MS Obito Kurama is like giving EMS Madara Rinnegan and Mokuton. He didn't have it during the period he existed in so he doesn't get it.

Obito didn't have Kurama during the period of his adulthood so he doesn't get it in his adulthood.

Madara doesn't have Kyuubi as an Edo so he doesn't get it as an Edo.

Madara didn't have Rinnegan and Mokuton in his prime so he doesn't get it.

OT: Minato still wins. Shadow Clones and Hiraishin is a even more solid counter to Kamui than either of them alone. Mokuton is worthless against Minato, Katon is worthless as well due to S/T Barrier. Izanagi will give Obito invincibility for 10 minutes, but it won't change the fact that he can't even hurt Minato during this 10 minutes. After Izanagi is up he dies.

no it isnt. kurama is a separate entity that just so happened to be taken from him in a battle, much like samehada.
the fact that kisame when he died didnt have it doesnt mean he can never have it. with madara, he physically had to obtain mokuton throuh body modifications. and when he did so, he was already old and unable to use it to full potential.

returning kurama to obito is just like returning manda to orochimaru.
