however obito has hax.
juuto knows about kamuis requirement and would do his best to avoid it.
the only reason he'd win is hitting obito in that second of time where obito solidifies ala minato.

Kamui phasing/teleportation is already instant similar to FTG, its the warping speed that is doubled,

kamui teleportation takes longer to suck obito up than other objects/people

sasuke was able to follow jiubiobito ,as long as obito can follow jiubi obito ,he can warp him

It doesn't matter whether he can or not, he doesn't need to. He simply senses the build up of chakra and evades it. Read the posts above for a better explanation.
