Would you agree that MS obito would be > EMS Sasuke?

Obito's MS has all the eye technique Tobi and Kakashi have.

Whereas Sasuke only has Susano (NOT PERFECT SUSANO) and amaterasu. -He doesn't even use Tsukuyomi.

I think MS obito would take this.
