With no intel, Sasuke loses. It is simply impossible to beat Obito's Kamui with no intel without having some space time jutsu of your own. With full intel, he can win. Obito only has one way to beat Sasuke and that is by warping, which has to become solid to do. The moment he does that, Chidori Nagashi can stun him, or he can coat himself or his Susano'o with Enton spikes. Obito doesn't have clones and can't fool Sasuke with genjutsu so he can't feint him out either or use a sneak attack. It would most likely end in a stalemate or Sasuke could win with the right timing.
