Sasuke strong, but Obito is not going to get beaten without another Kamui user present (Kakashi) to make his attacks connect. If Kakashi is present, then yes Sasuke can win.

I think Sasuke wins this one. Obito has no way of defeating Sasuke when Sasuke is in his V1 Enton Susano'o. If he tries to warp him Sasuke will counter with his Susano'o arm or Chidori Nagashi, since Obito has to solidify to warp people.
