I'm going to explain why Obito > MS Itachi .
I'm gonna start from the three great techs of Mangekyou Sharingan of Itachi .
First one - Tsukuyomi .
Itachi said that no one but Uchihas break the Tsukuyomi .
We know that Obito is an Uchiha , and Obito can break it . But maybe obito has knowledge on it , and it knows how to counter it in another ways . like Sasuke . Hell , Sasuke was a 3 tomow user , Obito is MS user , I think that Obito would have it pretty easy to break it .
Second one - Amaterasu .
Obito has already a counter to it . He avoided it with Kamui , because it activated form Sasuke once he saw his sharingan , that was done by Itachi himself , but he failed .
This . Obito can counter it with Kamui. Even if it hits him somehow , Amaterasu takes time to burn you completely at that part that it's burning . Obito can activate Kamui at that part , and can avoud it .
If you're not convinced that Amaterasu takes time to burn , here's another scan .
Here , it touched Sasuke , but he had the time to do that jutsu to go under the ground . (I don't remember the name) .
Obito has intel on it , unlike Sasuke , who figured it out how to counter it even without an info . My point is that Obito > Amaterasu with out any difficulty .
And then , the third and the final one - Susano'o
Considering how Itachi's stamina is low , he probably can hold it for 4 to 5 mins the max . Obito can be for 5 minutes untouchable , and I think Obito can counter every attack of Susano'o with Kamui . He has full intel on Itachi , Obito is a full knowledged one . He know how to counter it , and even if it's full healthed Itachi , I think Obito would still've managed to win somehow , at high difficulty . But considering how Itachi's stamina is low , I think Obito takes this 40% to 50% difficulty . Yata is not a problem , Obito has intel on it , and he will not attack , he will wait until Susano'o times out .
Then , Katon techs are easily countered by Obito . Obito is far superior to them . We have seen Itachi using only Housenka and Gokakyo , but they're nothing compared to something like this , which is on par with Edo Madara's Katon .
