I can't add Tobirama to the list with certainty, because Minato was shown to be much faster and to have better reflexes, which is invaluable against Obito. FTG alone might not be enough.

Tobirama definitely has the reflexes; he reacted to a speed blitz from Juubito unprepared, someone faster than V2 Ay & KCM Naruto. Also, in the later chapters, KCM Naruto & EMS Sasuke were unable to react to Juubito even though they had witnessed his speed.

Obito doesn't have the firepower to take out PS or Shinsuusenju. Hashirama & Madara beat him.
