i think the top left panel is when Kaguya avtivated her genjutsu (prediction) because if there's an exclamation point Kaguya should've seen Sakura w her byakugan and prepared something, cause I don't believe Sakura is so fast that she can hit Kaguya whereas Sasuke cannot
