Izuna is on par with Madara with Madara slightly trailing him much like Itachi and Sasuke. Izuna uses Kenjutsu so he uses a sword. Mangekyou Sharingan techniques cannot be spammed without concequence because neither has EMS. All 3 are alive, no edo tensei, Madara does NOT have control of the Kyubbi.

I'm guessing Izuna has Enton, as when Sasuke displayed it Tobirama remarked he had never seen such mastery over Enton. And Izuna was his rival, so it's most likely he's seen it from him as only him and Madara unlocked the MS at the time, and we know Madara doesn't have it. But that's all speculation, so it can't be used. And tbh, even if he had it, it won't help against Hashi's long range techs.
