Yes but unfortunately we still don't know how that is. We actually don't even know Madara's MS only power. We can't compare a character to another character in a specific moment in life. Izuna was killed because he was way weaker than Madara, that's all we conclude.

We can't really compare him or judge his powers, we have not seen any feats.
