[Spoilers] MS, Kakashi's Unknown Talent.

I know due to the recent issue, people are going to be saying "Plot Hole no Jutsu".
Kakashi having his MS that long ago, and why he never used it. Well, here are some possible reasons why.

1. Kakashi never knew he had it: He probably did not have any knowledge of the MS at the time or he never knew it activated, its not like he could see his own eye to notice a difference.

2. Never had the chakra or knowledge to even use it.

I mean come on, only an Uchiha could really teach another how to fully use the MS. So please stop saying that Kishi is just making stuff up. Thank you.

i brought up an answer to this in a similar thread i think we can compare it to when Sasuke first awoken his Sharingan the event was so traumatizing that he pushed all knowledge of the event to a deep part of his mind

They both were their Kakashi and Obito together close enough to each other to work as if both eyes were in the same body.

I think as long as the pair is still intact, even if the pair has 2 users, it pretty much counts, that and they could have activated at the same time for the same reason.

Well both were in the same place at the same time so it's a theory. I think you have to be of the clan bloodline to awaken it based on what Madara saying about the eyes and pairs. Obito saw it first hand, they were his eyes, and it was his pain that triggered the transformation of both eyes. If losing someone close to you would have been the key then Kakashi would have awakened his eye shortly after recieveing it b/c he was messed up over Obito's death. Obito on the other hand loved Rin and saw her die it makes sense.

Also, Kakashi used handsigns the first time we saw him use his mangekyou on deidara.
Perhaps he did some research during the time skip.
