His sharingan is activated all the time. He takes part of his mask off to use his sharingan. MS techniques do not drain him as much anymore. War Arc Kakashi has great reserves.

We have no proof that naruot was using his Amazing speed. In that form naruto is the fastest character in the series, kakashi would not be able to react to his speed let alone use this jutsu. The jutsu has a fast activation time for linear objects and not for moving targets. For all we know both the hokage have the speed to keep away from the jutsu. One might get caught partially but no doubt they got this.

Kakashi has Sharingan, you underestimate it.

Itachi not only was able to follow Naruto with his eyes, but he was able to counter his taijutsu with his own.
Obito was able to effortlessly counter both BM Naruto's and Guy's taijutsu ONLY thanks to the Sharingan. And Kakashi stomped Obito in taijutsu.

There's no reason to believe Kakashi's sight can't keep up with BM Naruto. And Kakashi's sight is all that is needed to Kamui.

That was a problem at the beginning of Part I. Even at the beginning of Part II Kakashi could fight for a whole night without even getting tired.

On topic: Kakashi used two Kamui in a fraction of a second when warping Susanoo's two arrows. Nothing stops him from ending this fight in the very same fraction of a second.

He is significantly faster and more reflexive than both, has a far wider jutsu array at his disposal, and has displayed infinitely superior in-battle tactics and trickery. Giving him the ability to teleport himself and others whenever he wants only widens an already huge gap. These two are by far the least impressive Kage, overall.

Im pretty freaking sure kakashi has had his sharingan on eevr since war started soooooooooooooooooo its not that big of a deal, and dont say he got narutos chakra cause that just recently happened

Kakashi can use more than five Kamui if he uses smaller ones. One of those five Kamui was on Gedo Mazo's head, and we know Kamui's chakra cost correlates with the size of the object being warped.

I must have glossed over the manga chapter where Tsunade and Hiruzen displayed Raikage-level speed.

I missed the part where this was chapter 12 Kakashi. I assumed we are talking about the most current iteration.

Or perhaps you haven't read the manga since chapter 12 (which brings to question what you are doing here posting on an extremely spoilery forum), so I'll considerately enlighten you. Kakashi kept the Sharingan active for an entire day when he was testing Naruto and Sakura at the beginning of Part II. He has had it active for two days and counting during the current war.
