Kakashi has already developed counters for tsukuyomi.

Itachi would have to resort to susanoo to beat Kakashi, if he beats him at all, which is unlikely with kamui.

It doesn't make any difference tbh. Because in the end regeneration doesn't counter being sucked and imprisoned into another dimension.

not really of a big difference, I only made s2 Edo Itachi so he can keep spamming Amaterasu and Susano'o w/o worrying about stamina.

Kakashi's just too proficient with kamui by the war arc, and all other physical stats are essentially the same or the differences are negligible.
