If he can't use Kamui offensively he waste his chakra via running away. All his techs are absorbed and don't even bring up his fodder as summonings. Unlike Kakashi Sasuke has Manda and CM2 which are the reasons he wins.​

Kakashi can still warp samehada can't he? With an MS it'll give him an edge in CQC being able to read Kisame's movements, not to mention genjutsu:sharingan is most definitely threatening as well. + Raiton. This definitely isn't as one sided as you think imo

Warping is apart of offense. Kisame would fuse with Samehada. cqc l00l no. WD comes up and that's out of the question. While fused with Samehada Kisame can sense chakra which means he won't even have to look at Kakashi and Samehada wakes him up from Genjutsu. Raition is absorbed.​
