MS Itachi, The one that showed amazing skills in everything during all the manga. The one that with just a little help could beat Edo Nagato and DSM Kabuto. The one that kept up with Hebi Sasuke despite of being very sick and half blinded.

I would say... Itachi, Itachi is 1)- A good Genjutsu user, Kakashi won't be able to break his genjutsu.
2)- Itachi's Crow. Remember that itachi could use Koto bla bla bla on kakashi(Alive Itachi only)
3)- Yata mirror and totsuka blade. Kishi made those tools really OP if you count the lore about them.

BUT, if you count recent kakashi(Ps susanoo) Itachi would Lose.

I didn't forget it because that's highly inaccurate. Tsukuyomi doesn't work as well against the same blood, meaning Sasuke. Also, Kakashi isn't an Uchiha, which is one of the reasons he was practically raped inside the Tsukuyomi. You forgot it, probably. GO refresh your memory, it's all in the manga.

It doesn't matter. He isn't an Uchiha and his progression ability-wise is questionable in the sense how much it's higher. He countered the regular Genjutsu, as far as I recall it.
