Far from a stomp in Madaras favor. GSB shits on any version of susano'o that Madara throws up. Inb4 the PS sword slash shockwave counters it; just throw that tactic right out the window. Madara has no clue how the GSB works and will not know how to counter it effectively without seeing it at least once. After the GSB rips Madara out of his susano'o, Itachi lights him up with Amaterasu or finishes him off by other means. Game over. Only an out of character Madara with full knowledge would stomp.

People forget that Itachi Yata mirror can tank PS Slash

Kisame can easily create an ocean and go under water to avoid PS slash.

Also he can use Giant Shark Bullet which would demolish Perfect Susanoo since it is made of chakra.
