MS genjutsu against Sasori?

Can Itachi use his Tsukuyomi against Sasori's eyes? Do you think puppet body is immune to eye contact genjutsu and any other type?

I seriously don't think Tsukuyomi works on puppet bodies and can easily break out of it. They have to be human.

I think he use seal on his consciousness to contain it in his core heart. He control his chakra and think, speek and move the puppet body.

It's confirmed manga fax that his only left over organ is his heart. Thus he has no brain, thus he's not prone to Genjutsu.

I still find it hard to believe that he had self awareness and that his body was able to function normally based on his own well rather than just being programmed/ordered or even controlled to do so.
