Agreed EMS does not lose the light by overusing the power, other than that its basically a Mangekyou Sharingan...

Although its a bit confusing that Kakashi was able to use it suddenly [It would've made sense if Obito had it when he was alive - But he didn't]

P.S. It was already discussed that even Madaras Susanoo is able to fly but people denied its a special trait only for Sasuke .

I agree. I think people are highly emotional right now because the exclusivity of PS is no longer subject to just the Uchiha. If they would sit back and do a little thinking they may be able to come up with rational explanations rather than just complain.

Right like there's nothing irrational about Obito dying and later warping from heaven as a kid to meet Kakashi in his conscience where he's a kid to transplant his powers somehow onto him thus awakening both the MS allowing him to use it freely when it was even stated that he had trouble even using one Ms eye because of Chakra consumption. Another thing the perfect Susanoo ass pull was so bad that I nearly ended this series. How the fk is anyone going to believe this nonsense? The laws was stated to make some logic but as of now Kishi should just end this series even quicker.

Apparently Hagoromo, Ahsura, and Indra all died and yet warp their chakra's to people. The Manga has shown time from to time that a person's chakra can survive outside of death. Your second point about Kakashi having problems using MS is null. Throughout the entire part 2 we have seen Kakashi become better at using it, especially during the war arc, plus having Obito's chakra as well as his own could make it a lot easier, as Obito, in life, had no issue using it. Third there is almost no rules regarding Susanoo. Madara was able to use it without eyes, itachi was able to do it, with his eyes being in Sasuke's skull. Why are you trying to apply laws to a fictional comic? Thats probably not the best idea.

LOL indra was the god of uchiha and so is Obito who seems to be Ashura/indra more than anyone...MS itachi could never use PS,MS madara could never use PS..MS izuna could never use PS..MS sasuke could never use PS lol Obito=Indra's true successer

MS is the level for anyone to have PS. Not about incarnation thing.

Chakra reserve is another factor for some one to archive PS. Because PS use lot of chakra.
