The subconscious creates the abilities..

Indra= Destroy Ashura and Dad (Indra's arrow)

Madara = "I'll protect my brother no matter what." - Susano'o (Assuming he only has Susano'o and no other jutsu)

Izuna= "I feel pity for those who who aren't blessed with our eyes." ???

Shisui= Kotoamatsukami (Working from the shadows)

Itachi= Tsukuyomi/Amaterasu (Create an illusion to show others better paths to follow/ black flames to end wars)

Sasuke= (Break my brother's illusions; burn) Amaterasu and Enton

Obito= Heard Madara say he slipped from the rocks (Kamui)

I believe Indra was like Itachi in that Susano'o was born as a result of the two antipodes. And then mutations caused Susano'o to be awakenable with just two MS eyes.

And Susano'o existed before Madara too, with Indra.

Why include Izuna and he hasn't show any proficiency with his MS?

You are wrong about bolded, Indra's arrow already existed in hinduism, Kishi just used that in this Manga

Kamui can mean emptiness in one's heart of a lost love one. In Naruto Logic.​

Show a scan of Indra doing that move. Show a scan of Sasuke meeting indra to see him doing that move.

No proof because Indra didnt do it my friend. Indra's arrow was Sasukes move using the 9 bijuu, his Susano'o and raiton.

Did Indra have any of those? No.
