| Looks Roger is a heavily muscled dark skinned man with a completely bald head. He wears a flak-jacket, military fatigues, combat boots, and is always seen wearing a pair of sunglasses. During his tenure with the Blast Corps, he had black hair in short spiky dreadlocks, and wore a brown trench coat with a pink cravat and a pair of sunglasses. Like the previous leaders of the Blast Corps before him, he has his respective number shown both on his clothing and his body. He had the number "5" on his coat; this number is also tattooed on his right shoulder which he'd during his time in Amegakure. As leader of the Blast Corps

Personality Roger is a level headed individual and is always committed to completing missions, even when those missions may come in contrast with his morals of killing people. However, Dutch is very capable in combat if need be. He is a calm, easygoing character, and most of the time, is quite friendly. And in dangerous situations he remains calm, cool, and collected. |

| History Mr. 5 or just simply “Five”, entered into this world lonely, traumatize, and as a killer. At the outskirts of the Land of Earth laid a newborn child in a pile of rubble with the scent of burnt human flesh ubiquitous in the atmosphere of the small town that was no more. Why was this you ask? Well, the boy possesses a special chakra, a destructive chakra that led to the demise of his parents, and his were soon to be friends, neighbors, and family. His whole entire future altered in an instant. Just as he was born, his body emanated a radiant orange yellow light which grew brighter until a powerful explosive force exude from the boy’s body and permeated the town. Witnesses around the area was left in awe too what had happened; while a few rushed through the dust cloud towards the area when they heard the feint sound of a baby crying. But before they could have get anywhere close to the site, they were halted by Iwagakure shinobis wearing gas masks and brown cloaks. Behind the cloaks had a symbol that specified these shinobis as members of Iwagakure’s Blast Corps. The shinobis evacuated the people from the surrounding area, and scooped up the baby where he’ll be brought back to Iwagakure to the Blast Corps leader, Zeff. Zeff was enjoying a cigar when he was informed about the news of an explosion that occurred outside of the village. After the team he sent out to deal with situation came back with the final report of the mission, his interest was piqued when he saw what caused the unfortunate event. Zeff who is known to be an introverted tyrant authority figure among people of Iwagakure, showed a different side to himself when he was presented with the child that survived the explosion. Zeff with his aging wrinkly face tried to gesture what was supposed to be a smile, but ended up creepily stretching his cheeks outwards which exposed his fat gums and jagged teeth while he cradles the boy in his arms. The sight of the man face agitated the boy which led to him to burst into tears. Alarmed, Zeff quickly handed him off to one of his many maids, and headed back to his desk to envision the boy’s future. Zeff was a fourth generation Iwagakure’s Blast Corps leader, and was given the traditional numbered surname which was “Four” in his case. Zeff was getting up there in age, and was in need of a powerful male Blast Release user to be the fifth generation leader. And despite all his efforts to train a select few of his men to be as strong as him, and impregnating his maids in hopes that one of them give birth to a boy that inherited his powerful genes, at the end he was left with nothing but daughters and dead soldiers. And now that he has in his possession a boy who wasn’t even a minute old, but had the power to obliterate an entire town, he could finally plan his retirement and unlock the true potential of this boy so he could lead the fifth generation Blast Corps as “Roger Five”. Roger took over the helms at the age of 18 after Zeff sudden death, but only ruled for five years before he made the decision to leave the Land he grew up in. In those five years, Roger managed to make Iwagakure’s military force the most feared of the great nations. This was mostly because of the Blast Corps covert missions they carry out in the other villages. Some of these missions comprised of assassinating political figures that are against Iwagakure’s by setting special bomb traps that masks its explosive until detonation, and organizing coup d’état on rival military forces to prevent war on Earth country’s land. These two years also saw the longest period that the Land of Earth went through without a single casualty by outside forces, and Roger Five was praised as the reason for the then current state of peacefulness within the Earth country. This is why it was a very hard time for the people to accept the fact that Roger had disappeared without a trace, and left the Blast Corps without appointing a new leader. The disappearance was sudden, and the people who were the closest to Roger were left confused as to why would he had left. But just like his predecessor, he was also skillful at masking his true emotions. While he might look happy about the contributions he made to restore peace back to his home country, he was bothered by the way he achieved it. Roger never had a problem with using violence as long it was for a good cause, and that cause was the greatest of them all which was to bring peace back to the Land of Earth. But Roger didn’t like the fact that he had to take away other people’s peace so he could live in his own. But what really force him to reevaluate his life and leave the life he was living in Iwagakure, was him seeing the same dream constantly for those five years of him killing his parents and the towns people. At first, Roger just played it off as them terrorizing him by showing repetitive loops of him destroying the entire town while showing bloodcurdling images of their mangled bodies, but Roger didn’t lose any sleep because of it because he knows it wasn’t his fault. However, it made him think that maybe it wasn’t meant to hunt him for life, but to change for the better and leave the leave this life that caused him to destroy more families for his self-gain. For 5 years, Roger went and lived at the only place that he never had interactions with while leader of the Blast Corps, Amegakure. It was the best place for him to go to lay low, and change his entire image physically and mentally. He wanted to start over somewhere as a new person with his newfound image. Amegakure wasn’t the ideal place for that, but he will be thankful for the people that helped him out during his time there. Out of the five great nations, Roger chose to go to Konohagakure in hopes he won’t be recognize despite his new change. He had some disputes with the village a few times in the past, and he knew they would never let him in if they knew who he really was. Upon entering the borderlands, he was intercepted by dark cloaked figure that identified himself as the Hokage. The cloaked figure then talked about how he knew who Roger really was, and even knows about the accident of him destroying an entire town at birth. Roger was shocked that he was figured out so easily, and proceeds to get on his knees as he probably thought that the Hokage only came here to punish him for he had done in the past. But this wasn’t why the Hokage came and encountered him. He saw that Roger genuinely felt sorry for what he have done, and could see that he’ll be a great asset to Konohagakure if he would too join. The Hokage lifted Roger from his knees and accepted him as a fellow comrade of the Land Hidden in the Leafs.

| Other Blast Release: Roger is able to use Explosion Release, a kekkei genkai that allows him to combine the Earth and Lightning chakra natures to utilise explosive chakra. Earth Release: With Roger being from Iwagakure, it was only natural for him to pick up on Earth Release quick and smoothly. And seeing that it's one of the main components of using his special kekkei genkai, he have gained mastery over the element that he's to perform any Earth technique with one hand seal. |
