Appearance: Since his the earliest recolection of his existance was several decades ago, and he having faded from the minds of many, not much is known of his appearance other then the mysterious one he maintains as of now. Reaper covers himself from head to toe in a black robe and garb. His Kirigakure is worn around his neck, but still out of view.
Personality: Reaper is a man of few words, due to his prefrance to observe and study rather then to act out. Upon meeting him or meerly being in his presence, many comment that they feel a cold chill as their first impression of this mysterious man, however upon further aquaintance with him people mention him as a very polite, wisdom filled man. Reaper is known for his primarily for being very polite yet brutally honest and blunt. For those few words that do escape his mouth, they all express themself in the same deep emotionless tone. A self proclaimed student of philosophy, Reaper's most famous for his views on life and death, believing that the existance in this world is not ture life, but pre-life which will determine how you are to live once you are actually born, which is the equivilent to death on this world. Although Reaper is a man who sounds dark and emotionless, he proclaims to have all the feelings of natural humans; love, fear, hate, happiness, etc. He says he loves to see people being born, he fears the existance he lives, he hates those who defile other and in turn defile themselves, harming their chances of a happy life once they leave this plain of existance. He's happy to see kindness in the world which reassures him that more people will feel the blissful side of God and live a happy eternal life. Reaper is at an eternal conflict with the issue of one being taking the existance of another. His reservations on kill are, that it's vile to take another's existance, for it is nature and God's job to decide the end of their existance and how their life will be run. However a strong believer in fate, Reaper constently asks himself: "If God has destined for this soul to be returned to him in the plain of purity, is my killing them his will for his soul to be returned to him?" As a result every time Reaper has killed and does kill he prays for himself and for the soul of the life he has taken. Being the most disciplined man one could meet, as a shinobi, if ordered to do something, he follows through without hesitation.

History: No known records of Reaper's birth, name, age, or anything exist. Only the testimonies from himself and those who know/knew him well exist when describing this man. From ever testimony given, Reaper's existance predates up to 70 years.

Background Info.
The earliest testimony of Reapers existance states that he was born in Konohagakure some years after its founding. He was born into the Uchiha clan under two unknown parents. Four years after his birth his mother died of heart failure, leaving him in the care of his overbaring and strict father. Two years after his mother's death his father took him out into the forests of the Land of Fire and ordered him to fight and attempt to kill him. When the two left the confines of Konoha, the details of the events that occured were unknown, however Reaper's father returned several hours later without Reaper. Reaper returned to the village a year later, proclaiming that his father had tried to kill him and left him for dead in the wilderness after seeing that Reaper was weak. It was during their fight that Reaper activated his Sharingan (first tome) which is what allowed him to evade, to an extent, his father's finishing blow, and remain alive. Once he was almost killed by a lion he activated the second tome of his sharingan. Having learned the Fireball jutsu before his fight with his father, Reaper managed to kill and he managed to survive for a while on the lion's meat. During his isolation in the wilderness, Reaper used the information he had on survival to protect himself from the elements and also began his self imposed studies as a shinobi. Noticing how nature and animals interacted with one another and using Sharingan to aid him, he developed a way to use the animals movements to help him learn taijutsu. Upon his return, to Konoha and his village word of his father's death in combat reached him, yet he remained caring. When he returned to the village he began to hone his skills formally and eventually became one of the more talented of his clan.
Several years later, when anxiety among the Uchihas about the Senju began to arouse clan patriotism and slur of rebellion, Reaper decided to slip away from Konoha, feeling the oppressed by the Senju and feeling that his clan was loosing it's way because of the Senju as well.
For a time, Reaper acted as a mercenary, going from country to country, taking up jobs best suited for his abilities. He took a job for a Daimyou of a lower clan to assassinate a powerful warrior working for a hostile village. In his battle with this shinobi Reaper activated his third tome Sharingan, however he was still outclassed and inferior and barely escaped with his life. The shinobi he fought spared his life and gave him words of wisdom, which began Reaper's journey as a philosopher and his beliefs on life and death.
From that point on Reaper continued on his training and began inquiring about philosophy and over the years he found himself and his ideals in life, with the exception of his rule about fate vs. eternal life.
Being a missing-nin from Konoha, Reaper had many attempts on his life by shinobi from all villages alike as well as attempts to be captured and sent back to Konoha for his final judgement. The only village excluded from this was Kirigakure who remained out of the affairs of the main continent at the time. One futile attempt after another at his life came and eventually all villages including Konoha began reserving their resources on hunting down Reaper, in preparations for the First Great Shinobi World War.

A short time after the war, Reaper traveled to the Land of Water and proceeded to join Kirigakure by request of the Mizukage. By this time, Reaper's skills and actions were famous and Kiri would anxiously accept a wondering Uchiha with tallent such as his.
During the great war, Reaper also traveled to several small nations and villages spreading his philosphies and ideas which have become famous in their own right in a new study based off of his teachings. The following quotes are credited to Reaper.
