There is one pro to this. It doesnt require a weapon. But woth a weapon the jutsu becomes easier to preform because then it doesnt need hand signs to preform.

The con to this is if you are without a fuuton based weapon you must preform handsigns in order to do this jutsu. Another problem with this jutsu is it is unpredictible on the direction it travels meaning it can be avoided if the oppenet is aware of the income whirlwind. Th

i cant really think of a con for this though, other than maybe it takes time to mold the chakra.

*kuro stood thinking. Then placed his hands in the form of dragon and began focusing his chakra. He then took a large breathe in and began to focus fuuton chakra within his lungs. As he exhaled he began to visualize the strucker of a twister focus his chakra to mimic such thing and sent them moving in a forward direction*

The pro to this is if you are using it with a fore type shinobi on your team then it can imediately increase this jutsus power. As well as attack the oppnent if you dont.

A con to this is the if a fire user hits this while it is still with in range im going to be in serious trouble because I have a flaming hurricane in my face.

The pro to this jutsu is it can be used in more than one way. A dorect hit to the enemy. Or a counter to projectile attacks and it can be used with earth and fire to create a serious problem.

The down side though is that it does require hand signs. So you must have your timing down perfect before preforming it.

The pro to this jutsu is it can slice through any object. And I'm pretty sure if you were to combine this with a fire jutsu then it would be quite devastating.

The con to this is it really isn't useful in a defensive setting. Unless it is a lighting or earth projectile.

The pro to this jutsu is it can nullify up to c rank wind attacks. And not sure but it might also be able to cancel lighting uo to b. Could be wrong.

Con to this would be if it is useless against lighting. Also it is only a major defense not an offensive move.

Description: This technique after performing the required hand seals Tiger → Hare → Dragon allows the user to summon a cyclone of petals to attack their opponent. The user can remain in one spot for the use of the technique, because he or she can direct it anywhere they desire. Therefore, the user can increase the direction and power of the technique to the maximum as a last resort.

I'm not exactly sure where the petals come from... But since the picture of this technique depicts it being used in a cave, we'll just assume your chakra creates them.

• Perform the handseals
• Focus your fuuton chakra around yourself
• Use your chakra to create high-/low-pressure zones, causing the air to spiral around you
• With your chakra, concentrate it into petals being spun around with your wind
• Manipulate your spinning chakra to send the cyclone outwards

To avoid confusion, this jutsu allows you to create a spinning colum of wind that you direct; it can be curved so the top is pointed at your target. If your confused, look up the picture.

The pro to this is you cn manipulate multiple votexs with this one jutsu nd control where they go.

The con to this is that you need to preform hand signs.
