Mr Buu?

Was rewatching DBZ and some stuff just popped out of my head

If Mr Buu the good Buu which expelled Evil and all that crap.

Well what if Mr Buu and the Kai he still have absorbed is expelled or something like Vegeta and Goku did to Super Buu would Mr Buu be the Kais and the Evil one once again if this happend?

Mr Buu is basically that

He would probably look like kid buu since that is his original form
Or he would cease to exist cause he split is evil side which just leaves the kai power which weakened him orginally
