Mr. Bean poured water onto a boy's lap so that the boy's mother can scold the boy and leave. By doing this, he was able to get the comic book that the boy didn't let him see.

Mr. Bean is a British who was born in the Hidden Sound Village. Due to Orochimaru's experiments, this specimen became a bit odd. He then ran away using his trolling skills and became a Leaf Ninja. Although he is bad a ninjutsu, he became adept at Taijutsu and Genjutsu due to his trolling prowess being beyond belief. He is able to fight on par with Might Gai's Evening Elephant taijutsu.
