Moving Avatars?

This will probably be my last thread on this but, why doesn't my avatar move? Its a .gif, and when I save it to my computer, or I put in the picture link which is

Rather nothing comes up on my avatar or the animation doesn't happen and its just a picture? Can I have some help? Thanks​

Its not the photo's fault because I tried it on different sites

save it in your album..then use the url there to insert....i don't know if this will work...

ffs, nothing is work at all. What the hell could be the problem?

your avatar has to be 150X200 and file size less than 500 Kbs if your picture meets the requirements then it will work just by uploading it from your computer, if it doesnt meet any of the requirements it will not work....

the problem is in the picture...it cannot be saved probably in the format of nb...
