Moving and need some info

I want to make this sorta short since I'm on my phone but I was supposed to be moving to Portland a year ago... it never happened over different reasons but now I'm ready to move again and my fiancee brought up Orlando, Fl and New Orleans, LA. As you all might know I'm also a rapper/musician and i'd prefer a city that's friendly to the Genre of hip-hop (Although that wont be the only reason I move)

Anyone here from New Orleans or Orlando? Would you recommend either?

I've lived In Tucson, Az my whole life just in case anyone wanted to know or get any info in return on my current city.

Also looking for somewhat "safe" neighborhoods but id like to add I'm still open to any other city as long as its not TOO big or TOO small.

That's what I was thinking, I used to live near Portland ME, in which case skip it. Portland OR is nice but you kinda stated you were not going there (bummer).

There is always Seattle WA, its pretty epic from what I hear. I don't really know about the other places, however Florida is a place you go on vacation or to settle down... kinda counter productive for a rising star, no?

Honestly, were still open to Portland but the timing back then was horrible and my Music Career is starting to take off, I heard Portland was NOT hiphop/rap friendly
