PIXAR has announced a long-awaited sequel to hit film Finding Nemo - to be called Finding Dory and starring talk show host Ellen DeGeneres.
The movie is set to hit theatres in 2015 and will star the forgetful Blue Tang fish, voiced by DeGeneres, from the original film.
“I have waited for this day for a long, long, long, long, long, long time,” DeGeneres said, fresh off her smash trip to Australia with Aussie wife Portia DeRossi.
The new film picks up about a year after the action of Finding Nemo, with DeGeneres' forgetful fish Dory on her own adventure to reunite with loved ones.
According to Disney, the film will feature new characters along with familiar ones, including Nemo and his dad, Marlin, who was voiced by Albert Brooks. There's no word yet from Disney on whether Brooks will reprise his voice role.
