Yomi was shown to have great expertise in medical ninjutsu. He could utilise dark chakra to enhance the chakra of anyone he wished with ease, allowing them to fight for longer periods of time and to perform more powerful techniques. His skill in medical ninjutsu was great enough to effectively (although only for a limited amount of time) use his body as a container for a demonic spirit. He claimed that, bearing the name "Yomi", he is the only one allowed to enter the realm in which the said demonic spirit was sealed.
While Yomi did not show any fighting skills in his appearance, he did show incredible speed, as when he and his subordinates prepared to raid the tomb of Mōryō's spirit, he seemingly teleported from in front of them to behind, in order to inject them with the dark medical chakra. He managed to break the seal on Mōryō's tomb open with a certain shock wave-like technique from his palm, which may be a variation of the Shrine Seal, as it contains the same portion of hand seals. He also has an immense tolerance for pain, as he sliced his own chest open with a scalpel to allow Mōryō to forcefully enter his body, which sent him flying backwards with considerable force, and then sewing up the incision with ease.

Once united body and soul, Mōryō is capable of unimaginable feats, such as rising a nearly indestructible army of stone and in direct combat, it can create a darkness that engulfs people, leaving them without the power to see. Its tentacles had movements agile, able to circumvent Naruto on one occasion. The host of Mōryō are also granted many powerful abilities. Once it possessed Yomi, he was given the powers of flight, telekinesis, mind control, accelerated healing, and an exponential increase in raw power. Yomi's ninjutsu and physical powers were increased far beyond its normal limits.

espite having little care for human life, Shinnō demonstrated remarkable medical knowledge and prowess without the aid of chakra. With only basic medical tools, he performed flawless surgeries to save people from near death. In addition to the human body, Shinnō also demonstrated great knowledge of the human mind. He had repeatedly shown himself able to understand how people think and exploit it to suit his needs. He used this ability against Amaru, saying that people never suspect the one that saves their life. With this advantage, he is a very skilled manipulator, acting as a kind-hearted doctor for 15 years, while discreetly harvesting a large amount of Dark Chakra from the villagers' hatred with the Zero-Tails. He pretended to sacrifice himself for Amaru in order for her to succumb to the beast's control and release the Dark Chakra for him.
In terms of ninjutsu prowess, Shinnō's skills focused more on his knowledge of chakra and human physiology. He could easily kill or injure a person to the point of appearing dead, and can resurrect the person, even if it was himself. He knew many Reincarnation Ninjutsu, which he taught to Orochimaru, and a reason why Orochimaru wanted Sasuke to bring Shinnō back to Otogakure, believing that the doctor may help extend Orochimaru's host's vitality.

With his knowledge of Dark Chakra, Shinnō was shown as able to unleash a powerful transformation to take a human being well beyond the normal limitations. By combining his signature Body Revival Technique, which grants tremendous self-healing might, with the Dark Chakra, Shinnō was able to transform into a superhuman body that can freely access his chakra without hand seals or any apparent effort of chakra build-up. This grants him great raw physical strength, demonstrated when he brutalised Naruto with punches that sent him flying all over the room and shattering the rock structures from impact, as well as incredible speed that make it look as though he teleported to Naruto's backside. This form manipulates the understandings of "Destruction and Rebirth" of muscles that makes it stronger to increase the body's strength. He was even able to unleash Dark Chakra in forms of powerful widespread or condensed shock waves or bolts for tremendous internal damage and claimed to be able to freely access all Eight Gates without any drawbacks as long as he still had access to enough Dark Chakra. He would make claims that this was the ultimate body. Upon being injured by Sasuke, Shinnō merged with the Zero-Tails to gain its powers and Dark Chakra, as well as manipulating the flying fortress Ancor Vantian. Thanks to Sasuke's efforts, the Dark Chakra began to cause Shinnō to wither away both mentally and physically, explaining Shinnō's increasing instability as he neared his end.
Hiruko

Though he was born with no natural special abilities, Hiruko compensated by using the Chimera Technique, a kinjutsu which he developed, allowing him to obtain physical abilities, such as kekkei genkai, by integrating the bodies of other ninja with his own. Having already stolen four kekkei genkai from the other Great Shinobi Countries, Hiruko possesses other abilities and physical traits from his victims, such as enhanced strength, and seeks to obtain more. Hiruko was able to use them as if they were his own.
In addition to these abilities, Hiruko and his followers were able to use the Chimera Technique to produce creatures that were literal chimeras, including a large, bird-like monster that molts explosive feathers and wolf-like beasts that attack using appendages resembling tentacles, though Hiruko himself has not been seen doing so except in his past experiments.
Hiruko's Dark Release.
Through his Chimera Technique, Hiruko had acquired four elemental kekkei genkai: Steel, Swift, Dark, and Storm Releases. Hiruko also had a section on the palm of his hand where he can literally "absorb" the technique being thrown at him, this being a dark release attribute. With dark, steel and swift natures, he was immune to ninjutsu, kenjutsu and taijutsu, respectively.

In terms of offence, Hiruko can use his Storm element to create thunderclouds that can electrocute his opponents or drain them of chakra. With the Swift element, he can move at superhuman speed and strike at various angles quickly, rendering all power-users useless against him. He can also use the bandages wrapped around him as tendrils, strong enough to slice or smash through rocks.
Having absorbed earth chakra from some Konoha ANBU, he has gained the ability to control the ground to devour and crush his opponents akin to a giant jaw, and after absorbing Kakashi's Lightning Cutter, Hiruko gained the technique for himself, and altered it to a mid-range weapon by having the electricity jolt off to slash his distance targets. He also has Naruto's Big Ball Rasengan, and it is larger than normal, as he absorbed a mass amount produced by multiple shadow clones.
Aside from absorbing chakra and synthesising creatures, Hiruko can also put a seal of sorts onto his victim, allowing him to take control of the person anytime after that akin to a puppet, even if the curse is placed for nearly two decades ago. He can also project an image of himself at a large scale in order to convey messages to the Five Great Shinobi Countries at once, and summon his subordinates

In his current state, Mukade appeared to be physically weak. His only technique shown was his time travelling, which he could use to transport himself back in time by absorbing the seal placed on the source of the Ryūmyaku. He was also quite manipulative, managing to control the queens of Rōran to create his puppet army.
The one puppet he was seen using had retractable drills in its eyes, multiple swords that can extend from its chest compartment, and extendible arms with long fingers that can spin to block kunai. Should this puppet be smashed apart, it has explosive tags inside that will detonate, taking down the opponent with it.
Past
In the past, due to the Ryūmyaku chakra, he possesses an unlimited amount of stamina and energy, and was able to use the Puppet Technique on a mass scale, allowing him to control an army of puppets all at the same time when he connects his chakra threads to the pipes that feed chakra to the cities, and control people against their will; his puppet army can break down into pieces and fuse together into various formations, such as a makeshift prison that can absorb chakra against Naruto. He can levitate blades and control their movements via his threads, having used such method to assassinate Sēramu from the back and attempt to kill Sāra. The unlimited chakra also grants him incredible regeneration abilities, as he was able to instantly regenerate the damage Naruto inflicted on him.

He also seems to have modified his body into a puppet, as seen when Naruto punched him, his face shattered and crumbled instead of bleeding. He can further transform into a puppet that takes the form of a giant spider. In this form, Mukade can shoot a drill-tipped spear at people through his mouth, as well as convert his frontal legs into scythe blades. He can add some of his puppet army components into his own body to increase his size.
By fusing all the puppets of his army into his own body, he can transform into his "Ultimate Form" (究極の肉体, Kyūkyoku no Nikutai), which is a giant centipede-like puppet body that can trample and crush his opponents with its sheer size alone. Mukade can shoot kunai attached to chakra threads from his fingers which explode upon contact. He can also shoot large amounts of chakra at his foes in the form of powerful purple flames or release them as massive electrical shock. Finally, he can devour chakra, being able to absorb even the Wind Release: Rasenshuriken

Muku was stated to be a prodigy of his village. He was very proficient with Fire Release techniques, allowing him to make fire-like apparitions to attack his enemies with Fire Release: Demon Lantern. He has also been seen to be strong enough to pierce his father's chest bare-handed. He was said to have a great amount of chakra, as his father used him in an attempt to open the Box of Ultimate Bliss, though it was not enough to accomplish the feat. Also in his last moments, Muku used a type of screeching attack that was enough to not only kill his father but also send him flying away.
Plot O

MenmaIt can shoot its feathers and giant spheres at high speeds and appears to be very strong and a fast flyer. Due to the Box of Ultimate Bliss, its body can detect fear and blood lust, which causes it to instinctively dodge essentially all attacks from opponents who have any fear in them. This ability allowed it to dodge all of the attacks from the entirety of the Konoha 11 and Naruto Uzumaki, even while he was in Sage Mode

While Menma is a dead ringer to Naruto, his spiky hair is black. Prior to his identity revealed, Menma wears a kitsune mask and a black cloak with fur around the collar. After merging with Tobi, he also has a Sharingan in his right eye.
Abilities
Menma's abilities are essentially the same as Naruto's, to the point of creating a darker version of the Rasenshuriken, he also seems to have better control over Kurama, as he was able to create living beings composed of its chakra.
Trivia
"Menma" is the name of a Japanese condiment which is also found in ramen. This is a parallel to where Naruto's name originates.
Menma's personality can be compared to that of Dark Naruto.
