Moukuton The (semi)extinct kekkei genkai

Now we know the wood style is a Kekkei Genkai (KKG)

but how come no one living has it naturally

the reason is genetics

The wood style KKG is a relatively strict blood line limit

Where in other clans most members of the clan have the clans KKG

But how come Hashirama is the only (known) senju who can use the mokuton

Its because the gene that allowed the mokuton was highly recessive.

Hashirama had a 1 in 4 chance of have it and a 50 percent chance of passing on the gene and to our knowledge that didnt happen

Now the senjus were already known as the Senju clan of the forrest this means one of two thing hashi's dad or grandad established their nickname (and they were wood style specialist, or they were simply forrest dwellers


At this time the only people that could pass the gene on would be Obito, Yamato (which only could happen if they could seprate him from the living clone, and lastly Orochimaru (if he doesnt reproduce asexually jk)


anyway Mokuton as of this moment is semi-extinct
