I want to buy a new extreme gaming motherboard, can someone help me deciding between ASUS Rampage III Formula and Intel® Desktop Board DX58SO2

ASUS board has much higher quality components on it and has a ton of Overclocking functions and is the more capable board in regards to SLI and Xfire, I have built serveral systems with ASUS boards from the $50-$500 range and they are all rock solid and stable as heck
