Incorrect, as a forum site, it is for forum discussion. Since Narutobase offers a One Piece section, threads for discussion about One Piece are valid in the One Piece Section.

OT: I do not believe so...these are all the competitors from Donflamingo's team. If Dellinger had been Sabo, all that would have happened would have been Dallinger being given an Epitaph as opposed to a name.

Also someone made a good comment about the tooth....Sabo also wore a trademark Top Hat. I'm betting if he lived, this would never change. As such, I'd say the ONLY possible Doflamingo member that could even be Sabo would be this person who shoots Baby 5. While he wears a Top Hat and a mask that may cover burns, based on his eyes (that appear almost reptilian to me) I find it unlikely.

Sabo is certainly alive and i also believe he's the guy that shot Baby 5.

I'll provide my own theory on him being alive, it seems people missed the biggest clue that just came out recently, oh well...
