Most well written characters

Rock Lee, without a doubt. Kishi's most well written character throughout the entire series. Why? Because he was relate-able, because he showed us even losers can pass their limits. He gave us the true meaning of 'Never giving up' besides winning by a lousy fart. Hmph.

I was going to make a list, and then I realized that it was nearly every character in the show. Seriously, there's so many good characters people miss it because they are only rooting for their fav.

Among the best though:
Hagaromo - This guy is surprisingly full of character and very interesting

Hashirama- The leader, the model shinobi, the god of shinobi, a loyal friend. This guy is everything positive and Goku put into one character.

Itachi- His unique personality alone makes him one of the best characters. Later down the road, this character will be inspiring other manga writers' characters. I guarantee it.

Danzo- No other bad guy makes you hate them so much like Danzo.

Honorables: Naruto and Sasuke, Pain/Nagato, Obito, Madara But like I said, nearly every relevant character is an absolute masterpiece when put in perspective.
