I personally like Sakura's character because of her development throughout the series.

But, I also like Madara's cause he's one of the only villains to encounter Naruto who still remained evil up until the end, so we've seen so far.

and Iruka's a little since he acted as a positive influence on Naruto in the beginning and that is something Naruto needed to become who he was as well.
