Who is the most well-rounded LIVING ninja?

Restrictions: No Edo Ninja, Edo Tensei does not count towards a ninja's strength (Edo Madara's strength is not Kabuto's)

Not the strongest, the most well-rounded.

I'd say it's probably either Gaara or Oro. Your thoughts?

most well rounded is propably shikamaru, current tsuichikage, Darui, kabuto, current mizukage, and i hate to say it but the most rounded living is sasuke he has genjitsu ninjitsu and taijutsu without using mangyenko sharringan
