Kakashi lacks defensive and offensive capabilities without his mangekyo.

Sakura's strength is useless, she can't take damage from Kaguya if Kaguya wants to kill her. Kakashi has used his superior reaction time and saved Obito's life. Obito might be able to help Naruto and Sasuke after a few chapters with Double Kamui. Kakashi saving Obito's life is more useful to the plot than sakura's useless strength
