Good idea, make a thread on it.

Following from Ciberr's Thread I popped in a quick idea that I thought was not bad, The Elected Person of the Month Award

Basiclly Each Month, One Person is elected from NarutoBase to become this

''Most Voted person of the Month''

Rule which may apply for this:

You can not be the Most Voted Member for more than a Month, meaning you cannot get member of the Month 2 times in a Row.

Each time someone gets ''Most Voted Member'' they get special a special bonus, for example

A free name change?
A badge?
A Glitterly name?

Now, I'm not saying give them all this, but what I am saying give them something that stands out.

What do you guys think about this idea?

I would probably vote for the people I dislike the most because it would be funny for them to win the most liked award xD

Anyway yeah, we already have the system, but I think it would be nice if certain members got elected for helping out on the base for different reasons who aren't mods.

People who help report threads (Blah blah blah), manage competitions (Transparent, Drizzeh) , training (Sempais)...

It's a good way to acknowledge some members who help out a lot, despite not being part of the staff.

I think the members should be staff elected, then the community can vote.

I mean, people will vote for those who like most, not necessarily because of the way they behave around the base and respect the rules and stuff.

Implied, people I know around here like Sadpanda, Logic, etc and even you stand out in popularity because you know what your talking about.

Most Voted member is someone who alot of people vote for, so it is basiclly
It doesn't matter how they act, how much friends they have or anything, heck, even if they are an expert troll somehow, they can still go for it, Why? Because it relies on popularity itself.

Well if we all had the power to manage competitions and train i'm sure more would do it . All the contest is now is Who out of this handfull of people did the most. I think he's looking for a more broad contest . Which more can participate in.

PS:I don't see why Drizzeh isn't a mod he does everything xd.

It would turn into a popularity contest and people would flame. We have had threads in chatterbox about who is the best or favorite member and it turned out bad in the end. Threads were deleted, people were banned, and people were infracted which in turn causes people to complain to the mods about those infractions.

People should start receiving the male and female member of the month award again. Not sure as to why that stopped.
