First tsunade cuz she gave him a motherly figure 2 as much as i hate to admit sakura cuz for a while she waz wat gave him drive 3 hinata she saved him from nagato becuz if she did not get stabbed by nagato then naruto would never had drawn so many tails 5 kushina u all know why

1) Uzumaki Kushina - created the yellow flash by teaching Minato Uzumaki clan sealing kinjutsu, pawned the nine tails twice, 1st in her near death like state, and second time with the limited chakra that was sealed inside Naruto. Gave Naruto what it takes to defeat his dark self, and contained the Kyubi for years.
2) Konan - one of the best spies in the world, second only to zetsu. Incredibly smart with strategic aptitude that would make Nara Shikaku and Shikamaru jealous (pawned Tobi) and an extremely versatile kinjutsu (Paper manipulations, c1 to c0 level explosives, animation of her art for spying, and able to fly out of an opponent's range of attack)
3) Tsunade - self and other people healing, access to lots of chakra, and super strength. Also, currently the best medic in the world (Although current Kabuto might have something to say about that).
4) Terumi Mei - Lead the bloodline limit rebels to victory against Kiri, became Mizukage and re-established Kiri. Has five nature transformations, two of which are sub-elemental and very powerful and versatile as well. Also, she stopped Madara's great fire annilation on her own, something that previously took a whole platoon of water users to stop.
5) Nii Yugito - elite jonin of Kumo and a Jinchuuriki who mastered the full transformation of the nibi. Has great speed and fire techniques and was admired and looked up to by even Killer Bee, even though he was not only older then her, but was also a perfect jinchuuriki.

Ino is still the weakest. She used her technique with the Byakugans support in order to take control over someones mind who didn't even except her to be there. But It's ok. It's like ramming a knife in someones back without latter is realizing the presence of him.
