hmmm nice theory, but like Bogard mentioned, it requires the summoning of a ceremonial throne and to place the target on it. So it actually would be extremely difficult to set up/prepare. But you are right, with that he could possibly make the targets chakra constantly "leak" away from their body and thus weaken them if not even kill them due to too much exhaustion.
